Kalpadrum Super Bazar operates retail supermarket stores located at Vasai East (Sativali) and Nalasopara East (Galanagar), Palghar, Maharashtra. We offer groceries, packaged foods, household essentials, dairy, beverages, and personal care products.

2. Eligibility to Use

Services on our website and order delivery/pickup options are available only to selected geographical areas in Vasai and Nalasopara, Palghar district, Maharashtra. If you are under 18 years of age (minor) but at least 13 years old, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Minors are strictly prohibited from ordering any age-restricted products or products intended only for adult consumption.

3. Site Access & License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, and revocable sub-license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of this website. You are prohibited from downloading (other than page caching), copying, modifying, reproducing, duplicating, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of this website or its content for commercial purposes without our express written consent. • Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Operational hours may vary on public holidays or due to local administrative guidelines. Updates will be announced in-store or on our website/channels where feasible.

6. Products, Pricing & Weight Variations

• All products displayed are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or reject orders for out-of-stock items.
• Price Fluctuations: While prices for packaged goods generally remain stable, prices for fresh foods, fruits, vegetables, and loose commodities fluctuate daily based on market rates. The final price charged to you will be the rate applicable on the date of billing.
• Weight Variations: For items sold by weight (e.g., fresh produce, loose grains, etc.), the actual quantity weighed at the time of dispatch may vary slightly from the ordered weight. The final billed price will reflect the exact weight of the items shipped.
• Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, brand labeling, or color may differ from the screen display.

7. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Kalpadrum Super Bazar, at its sole discretion, may run promotional offers and store-wide discounts (including our 5% to 15% discount programs). All offers are subject to specific terms, stock availability, and validity periods. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

8. Orders & Payments

• In-store purchases are completed at our physical billing counters.
• Orders placed online or via WhatsApp are confirmed only after we verify availability and total billing amount.
• We accept cash, UPI, major credit/debit cards, and other authorised electronic payment methods.
• If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction violating these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order and maintain a record of fraudulent accounts to deny them future service.

9. Home Delivery Policy

• Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value may apply for eligibility for home delivery. If your order value does not meet this threshold, we reserve the right to reject the delivery request.
• Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery fees (inclusive of taxes) will be calculated and added to your bill at the time of final confirmation.
• Delivery Timeline & Slots: Deliveries are scheduled within designated time slots. While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues. We will reschedule for the next available slot and you agree not to hold us liable for any inconvenience caused.
• Address & Redelivery: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details. In the event of a non-delivery due to a customer mistake (e.g., wrong address, customer unavailable, or no-show), any additional charges for redelivery will be collected from you.

10. Store Pickup (Order & Collect)

Customers may choose to place an order online and pick it up from our designated store branches. There is no delivery charge or minimum order value for this service. You will be assigned a pickup time slot. While we strive to have your order packed and ready, delays may occur. We will keep your order reserved for a limited time, after which uncollected orders may be cancelled.

11. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before the cut-off time (prior to billing/packaging) by calling or messaging our customer support.
• Returns & Refunds: For qualified returns (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we may issue a replacement, store credit/credit note, or refund the amount to the original payment channel at our sole discretion. All return and refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with the original purchase invoice.

12. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information when registering or ordering.
• Disseminating unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems, networks, or web files associated with our site.
• Interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of our services.
• Copying, transmitting, or storing electronic copies of copyrighted materials without the permission of the owner.

13. Reviews, Feedback & Submissions

Any disputes, claims, or differences arising from this agreement shall first be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed by Kalpadrum Super Bazar, whose decision shall be final and binding. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and held in Vasai/Palghar. Subject to arbitration, the courts in Vasai / Palghar, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
